Jackie (Carly Hughes), a budding journalist, is at a crossroads in her life until she discovers an unexpected opportunity to run a small-town newspaper in Alaska at Christmas. Jackie decides to migrate to the idyllic tiny village. She saves the newspaper with a series of Christmas pieces and falls in love with both her new house and the attractive son of the former owner. When Jackie's old boss announces plans to take over the paper, only a Christmas miracle can save it.
