Overview:
This first feature film from Indian playwright Anand Gandhi, tells three stories regarding men forced to believe of the moral and ethics issues raised by clinical advances: some visually-impaired Egyptian photographer, who after having a cornea transplant has trouble adjusting to her newfound sense of sight. A devout Indian monk fighting. As well as discovers about the illegal commerce in organs that are stolen and makes the decision to help a poor victim of theft - despite the fact that it indicates travelling all the way to Sweden.
The film was first shown at the 2012 Toronto International Film Festival, where it received great critical acclaim and has been known as"the hidden jewel of the year". It was released in India in July 2013, and has been given Best Feature Film of 2013.
