When two brothers, Josh and Mike, go on vacation to a small southern town, they discover the majority of the population are either dead or missing. When Mike goes missing, Josh teams up with the local sheriff and an attractive school teacher to locate him. However, Josh soon discovers that the entire town and the majority of its residents have been infected with a form of toxic waste, and have transformed into toxic vampires who prowl the streets at night for human blood!
