At the sleepy suburbs of Miami, seemingly ordinary Egyptian immigrant Fuad Ramses (Mal Arnold) conducts a successful catering business. He murders intends and young women to use their own body parts to regenerate the goddess Ishtar. The insane Ramses hypnotizes that a socialite in order to land a project catering an event for her debutante daughter, Suzette Fremont (Connie Mason), and turns the event to a night of deaths that are gruesome, bloody dismemberment and ritual sacrifice.
